TEAM ACCEPTANCE WILL BE PENDING ONLINE CHECK-IN AND PAYMENT.  HOTEL ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE WITH ONE OF OUR TOURNAMENT APPROVED PROPERTIES.

TEAM STATUS CAN BE FOUND BY LOGGING INTO YOUR TEAM'S GOTSOCCER ACCOUNT AND CLICKING ON THE ORLANDO CITY YOUTH SOCCER EVENT YOU ARE ATTENDING.

Important Dates:

Tournament Application Deadline:  September 29th, 2021

Last date to update online tournament roster:  October 4th, 2021 is Roster Freeze

Hotel accommodations set up by September 29th, 2021 through the Tournament's Hotel List Site.

Complete for Acceptance:

1. Complete Online Check-In by uploading your official Affiliate Roster, uploading player & coach pass cards, uploading any guest player forms and passes,
2. Update payment status with echeck or credit card.  Paper checks are accepted. Team will be accepted when check is received.
3. Upload photos for all rostered players.

Complete prior to Tournament:

1. Have a copy of each player's medical release form.  These must be available on site.

Online Check In:

1. Login to system.gotsport with your coach/team admin login credentials
2. Click on your photo on the top left
3. Click on Team Management
4. Click on the Team you want to work with
5. Click Team Registrations
6. Click on the Event
7. Click on the Registration Tab
8. There you will see the check in list and click the Edit button
9. You can now upload your official roster, pdf file of pass cards, and guest forms.

Match Check In:

1. Copy of Approved Roster
2. Laminated Pass Cards
