He will bring so much to the club, both on and off the field and further cements our efforts to hire the best educators,” said Executive Director Dave Dir.
After moving to the United States to begin his coaching career, Córdoba played and later went on to coach in the Milwaukee area at the professional indoor club, the Milwaukee Wave, and the professional American soccer team, Milwaukee Rampage, where he led the team to Division champions. Coach Córdoba’s resume also includes impressive stints at Dallas Texans as Director of Player Development, UW Whitewater’s Women’s Head Coach, Club Director at Mequon United, San Diego Hornets Head Coach, and Assistant Head Coach to Club Athletic, Tecos and Chivas in Mexicos Liga MX. Both Cordoba and Shaw will work with our elite Directors, Robbie Gobble on the girls side, and Phil Gordon, for the boys. The Technical and Program Directors will be instrumental in leading our club with a strong focus on education, coaching development and building a stronger OCSSS.
